How to post a listing
Posting is free. Posting well is what gets you contacts.
Photos decide
It's the first thing a buyer sees, and it counts the most in the quality we use to order listings. Make the most of your 4 photos on the Free plan: an overall view, another angle, the details and its real condition.
- Take photos during the day, in good light; for a place, with the curtains open.
- Start with your best photo: that's the cover.
- Tidy up before you photograph. It shows.
- Show everything: every angle, the details, and any wear.
- Landscape, not portrait. It looks better on the listing page and when shared.
Fill in the details
The details (bedrooms, year, mileage, brand, size…) aren't red tape — they're the filters people search with. If you leave them blank, your listing won't show up when someone filters for what you have.
Write a real description
- Say what a photo can't show: the neighborhood, the noise, the afternoon sun, what's nearby.
- Be upfront about what's missing. It saves you visits that were never going to close.
- Avoid all caps and repeated exclamation marks.
What's free
- 2 free active listings, in any category, with 4 photos each.
- Each one lasts 30 days and you can renew it 2 times.
- You can raise it to the top every 15 days.
- Of them, up to 1 can be your place in Your place (never expires: WhatsApp, 3 photos and the map) and up to 1 an opening in Hire (15 days). They count within your 2.
- With a paid Your place or Hire Company, your places and openings are separate and do not use those listings.
- Delete or pause a listing and the slot is free for another.
And after that
Share your listing on WhatsApp and social media with the share button: it goes out with photo, price and title, and whoever taps it lands right on your listing. Tips to sell better.
