The fastest way is to report from the listing itself: open the ad and look for Report this listing below the contact details. That way we get the exact link and don't have to look for it.
If you can't find it anymore, or you'd rather write from here, paste the listing's link or code in the box below and tell us what happened.
What happens next
A report is an alert, not a verdict. We review every case with the evidence available and, if warranted, apply a graduated measure: a warning, a drop in ranking, a suspension from posting, or account closure.
We never penalize an account automatically based on the number of reports. In a small marketplace that would be too easy to use against an honest competitor. There's always a human review and the right to appeal.
If you already lost money
Report it here so we can act on the account, but also file a report with the authorities. ZonaVenta can remove a listing and close an account; it can't recover a payment or replace a formal police report.
