La Vitrina is the block at the top of each category, and it is not a fixed ranking. The selection is renewed every few minutes and 8 listings show per category each round. Listings that meet the requirement enter the draw; entering does not guarantee appearing.
How appearances are distributed
Each listing has a weight in the draw according to its plan, a Boost multiplies that weight while it lasts, and your plan decides how many of yours can show at once.
| Plan | Your listings on the front page at once | Weight in each round | In priority hours |
|---|
| Gratis | 1 listing | 11% | 9% |
| Plus | up to 2 listings | 22%×2.0 vs. Free | 20%×2.2 |
| Pro | up to 3 listings | 29%×2.6 vs. Free | 30%×3.3 |
| Negocios | up to 4 listings | 38%×3.5 vs. Free | 42%×4.7 |
That percentage is the weight of the tickets, not a guaranteed slot or a visit count: it is the split when one listing per plan competes, with the same quality. How many compete that day changes everything, and nobody controls that. Being free does not keep a listing out of the draw, but taking part does not guarantee appearing.
Configured priority hours. The rotation has a schedule in which paid plans weigh more: 12 to 2 pm and 7 to 11 pm, and on Sundays 9 am to 2 pm and 7 to 10 pm (Santo Domingo time). It is a rule we set ourselves; we have not yet checked it against visit measurements, so we do not claim these are the hours with the most buyers. Outside that schedule the plans' weight drops and free listings show more often.
The entry requirement is quality, not the plan. A listing without photos or with empty details does not enter the draw even if its owner pays: it needs at least 50 out of 100 in completeness. You see that number in your panel, and we tell you what is missing.
Nobody keeps la Vitrina for themselves. Of the 8 slots, 2 come from the group of paid listings (on a plan or with a Boost; those with a Boost carry the Featured label) — but that group is also drawn, so paying does not reserve a seat for anyone in particular. The other 6 are drawn among everyone, free listings included. And if that day no paid listing meets the requirement, all 8 slots are drawn among the free ones: the front page is never left half empty.
A neglected paid listing does not enter the draw. A complete listing, free or paid, does.
