Where do I start?+

When is it worth moving up a plan?+
When you've used your 2 free listings or need more room. Plus gives you 12 active, 2 Boosts a month and, when you can't answer, an assistant replies and helps you coordinate appointment requests with your clients.
What if I also have a place or I'm hiring?+
Your active listings work for any category: of them, at most 1 can be your place in Where to go and 1 an opening in Jobs, each with its CRM tab at the free level. If you want more, put your Sell plan together with Your place (Presence, Featured or Chain) and/or Hire Company in a combined plan: those are separate from your listings, with one end date and 5% off each month (15% paying the year). If you later remove a part, what you have not used moves to what you keep; with a single plan left you lose the discount, since it is only for combined plans, and you can combine again whenever you want.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, anytime. Moving up starts today and we discount what you didn't use. Moving down starts when the current plan ends, and you can cancel it. Renewing the same plan adds the months at the end. You never lose paid days.
Is the CRM included?+
Yes. The base CRM is available from Gratis; upgrading adds capacity, AI and import — it never takes your contacts away.
What happens if I don't renew?+
Your account, your listings, your CRM contacts and your history stay put. We remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before, and when it ends you get 5 grace days with your whole plan. Then you go back to Gratis and the plan's tools are deactivated.
What is a Boost?+
A Boost costs RD$300 and puts your listing on top for 7 days on the front page, in search, Where to go and Jobs: it is labelled Featured and shows in the top spots, which rotate every few minutes among paid listings. It is not a fixed spot, it does not guarantee sales, and if someone sorts by price, that order is respected. On its own you pay only for the listing you choose: RD$ 300 for 7 days. You can buy several and they stack (2 Boosts are 14 days). Plans include Boosts every month: Plus 2, Pro 10 and Business 30; the ones you don't use that month don't carry over.
What's the difference between Renew, Raise and a Boost?+
Renew: adds 30 days and moves your listing up (spends one renewal). Raise: puts it on top for free. Boost: features it for 7 days; if your listing was going to expire first, we add those days.
Am I charged automatically every month?+
No. You pay from your wallet for 1 month or 12 months (the annual one comes 10% off). If you don't renew, your account goes back to Gratis on its own, with no charges.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?+
We never delete them. If you have more active than your new plan allows, once the grace days are over the oldest become drafts with their photos, views and contacts, ready to come back.
What if I run out of assisted attentions this month?+
Your CRM keeps receiving and recording appointment requests, and AI keeps answering from your listings. What pauses is AI coordinating for you until the 1st — or you can buy extra attentions.
